The people behind Limitless Hauling & Junk Removal

Owner & Founder

Austin Etherington

Austin founded Limitless Hauling & Junk Removal with a vision of building something bigger than himself: a company that creates lasting opportunities for employees and their families. What began as a small operation has grown into a team with multiple trucks, heavy equipment, and a dedicated facility.

Austin enjoys the planning and challenges behind demolition projects, along with watching his team learn new skills and grow into their roles. He takes pride in the company's reputation, the trust customers place in Limitless, and the jobs it creates in the community.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and dogs, working on projects around his property, and thinking about the next stage of the business. His dream equipment setup is a fleet of matching semis and lowboy trailers dedicated to larger demolition projects.

His long-term vision is to build one of the region's most respected demolition, junk removal, and site services companies, supporting 20 to 30 families along the way. For Austin, “No Limits, Just Solutions” is more than a motto. It's the mindset behind the business.
