Only what you give us. Normally that is your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work is needed, a description of the job, and any photographs you choose to send. If you use the chat window, we also receive the messages you send in it.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
To quote your job, carry out the work, and contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information.
We use outside services to run the business, so information you send through this site reaches them. Each receives only what it needs and each has its own privacy policy.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your job - confirming a time, or letting you know the crew is on the way. We may also occasionally text you about our services. You can stop those at any time by replying STOP to any message or by telling us on the phone, and we will then send only what is needed for a job you have actually booked. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.
As long as we need it to do the work and keep proper business records afterwards. If you would like your information removed, ask and we will remove whatever we are not required to keep.
