How quickly can you get to us?

We do our best to offer same-day or next-day service where the schedule allows. Call and we will tell you honestly what is available rather than promising a slot we cannot hold.

What kinds of items do you take?

Appliances, furniture, electronics, mattresses, yard waste, scrap metal, construction debris and general household clutter. There is a full list on the junk removal page, including the things we are not permitted to take.

Is there anything you cannot take?

Yes - asbestos, hazardous waste, paints and solvents, fuel and used oil, pool chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, medicines and ammunition. Health, safety and disposal rules put those out of reach. Mention anything of that kind when you call.

Do I need to move everything outside first?

No. We take it from where it sits, whether that is curbside, upstairs or around back. That is most of what you are paying for.

What does a cleanout involve?

A whole property rather than a load: an office, warehouse, home or apartment emptied of everything unwanted and left clear and ready to use.

Can you handle large commercial cleanouts?

Yes. Offices, retail units, restaurants, warehouses, schools and property-management portfolios are all regular work.

What materials do you haul?

Dirt, stone, gravel, mulch and firewood, for residential and commercial projects across the Miami Valley - delivered to your site or taken off it.

What is involved in your demolition work?

Dismantling and removal of small structures, interior strip-outs, decks, sheds and garages through to full structures - and clearing the debris afterwards, which is part of the same job.
